Membership

The 2012 Membership is due on March 31, 2012.

Individual Membership:

• On-line Payment - by credit card below (recommended)
• Payment by cheque/Mail - download the membership form and return with a cheque to the OAP Treasurer.

Emeritus or Resident Membership

Although no dues required, we require that you confirm your ongoing interest in OAP membership either

• On-line at Resident/Student or Emeritus Renewal or
• By Mail - download the membership form and return with a cheque to the OAP Treasurer.

Instructions for Online Payment

1. Choose Membership Category (Regular or New) from the drop down list above.
   
2. Click the Pay Now button.
   
   Your browser will open a secure web page in PayPal to complete your Credit Card details.
   
   While you are there, please send the OAP Treasurer any updates to your Address and Email using the Note feature on the payment page.
   

   Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account. Your Credit Card details are not kept by the OAP or by PayPal.

3. Print a Receipt (Optional). Whether or not you print a receipt, you will receive a receipt by email in a few minutes. Please file this receipt for your records and for tax purposes.
   
4. Click on the links to Return to the Ontario Association of Pathologists, or simply close your browser window.
