How to Place an Advertisement, Term, Renewal and PaymentWhen you are ready to advertise, send the ad copy to the in PDF or Word format. The Webmaster will convert Word to PDF for posting to the web. The membership will receive notice via an email newsletter. Advertisements are maintained for three months or until the advertiser requests that the advertisement be withdrawn, whichever is sooner. There is an email to the advertiser every 3 months asking if the advertiser wishes to renew. Payment is due when invoiced. The Treasurer will send you an invoice.
